Kalakand Barfi

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 250 g Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk Powder
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 2 pinch Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 15-20 stick Saffron
Instructions
  1. Soak the saffron in a bit of milk.
  2. Add the crushed ricotta ,condensed milk ,milk powder in a non stick container and cook it on sim stirring regularly Add a half a spoon of the Ghee while cooking
  3. Add the soaked saffron and Cardamom powder and cook till it leaves the edge of the pan
  4. Line a pan with baking paper Pour the mixture on the lined pan and pat it flat .
  5. Add the silvered almonds on the top Wait for 15-20 min to cool down and then cut into squares .
