Instructions
- Soak the saffron in a bit of milk.
- Add the crushed ricotta ,condensed milk ,milk powder in a non stick container and cook it on sim stirring regularly Add a half a spoon of the Ghee while cooking
- Add the soaked saffron and Cardamom powder and cook till it leaves the edge of the pan
- Line a pan with baking paper Pour the mixture on the lined pan and pat it flat .
- Add the silvered almonds on the top Wait for 15-20 min to cool down and then cut into squares .
